Beyond Comprehension
they sit semi naked
feeding their child serving
the demon in the eyes of those
who pass them by waiting
for a coin and morsel someone
should throw towards them
on being kind
abandoned children left alone
at some temple gate to be
picked up or left dead instead
their fate gets decided i
think in places no less than
heaven or hell i guess
oh god you are such a mess
a girl with hopes and dreams
is abducted trained and traded
standing on a window pane in a car
others work as them letting themselves
looted to save enough to feed
their parents educate their children
born of some lover who betrayed
earth has been defined
and redefined by the tenets of
the influential the greed
of those who take time to justify
by those who work enough to accomplish
by the supposed selfish by those
who seemingly qualify to decide
all people like you and me are
left to do is write for we at least
qualify to start a trend if not comprehend
